Rest Authority Freedom
Metaphorical Narrative
For years a king sat on the throne inside your mind, declaring your time not your own. He barked orders, set your hours, punished you for resting. Yet when the mask slipped, he was revealed as nothing but a small, jittery clown pretending to be a ruler. The throne was borrowed. The crown was plastic.
Core Insight
Stress and urgency pretend to be authority. They are not proof of worth. They are counterfeit crowns. The moment you see the false king for what he is, he loses all power.
Saturday Experiment
- Catch the dictator voice in your head.
- Name it aloud: βThe false king again.β
- Laugh at it β smirk, chuckle, or roar.
Sunday Reflection
In third person: How would they describe the moment they unmasked the false king and laughed?
