Metaphorical Narrative
The courtroom of memory once kept their faces alive. Their voices echoed like judges, their rules written on walls you never signed. They wanted your free time, your joy, your promotions, your future. They tried to own your narrative by theft. But today, the gavel breaks. The courtroom burns. Their seats are empty ash.
Core Insight
Your sovereign mind is not collateral for their exploitation or injustice. When you burn their memory prints, you are not erasing yourself β you are erasing the false authority they tried to plant inside you. Attention is sovereignty. Withdraw it, and their empire collapses into smoke.
Saturday Experiment
- The moment an old work memory surfaces, speak aloud: βYou do not deserve my sovereign mind.β
- Visualize it as a paper contract set on fire β curling, blackening, and dissolving to dust.
- Place your hand on your chest and say: βThis attention is mine, and I keep it.β
Sunday Reflection
- Where has my attention been stolen in the past?
- What memories no longer deserve my sovereign mind?
- If I no longer give them attention, what new story fills the empty space?
