Stop Booking Calls with Fear
Fear only survives if you keep giving it a daily meeting slot. Cut it from your calendar, and you cut it from your life.

Metaphorical Narrative
Picture your calendar for the week. Monday morning says: 9:00am — Call with Fear. Wednesday reads: 11:00am — Meeting with Worry. Friday ends with: 3:00pm — Brainstorm with Judgement.
It looks absurd — yet this is exactly what the old mind sneaks in. Every day, invisible parasites disguised as “important meetings” take a seat at your table. You end up drained, not because your path is too heavy, but because you’ve been hosting Fear like an honored guest.
Now imagine deleting those invites. The screen clears. The weight lifts. Your week belongs back to you.
Core Insight
Fear only lives when you keep booking it in. The moment you remove its slot, it has no audience, no relevance, no reason to exist in your schedule. Your calendar is not just a tool — it’s a sovereignty contract. If it’s not written there, it doesn’t rule your life.
Saturday Experiment
- Open your calendar. Find one “standing appointment” that is actually a Fear-driven habit (worrying, judging, second-guessing).
- Delete it. Replace it with one small life-giving block: rest, creating, or something fun.
- Say out loud: “If it’s not on my calendar, it’s not in my life.”
Sunday Reflection
- What did they notice once Fear was removed from their calendar?
- How did their energy shift when only chosen blocks remained?
- What new sovereignty did they claim by deciding what doesn’t get a slot?
