Metaphorical Narrative
The Outer Critic built an armory: a knife for being, scissors for speaking, abuse for neutral acts, criticism for everything. The body learned a terrible law: punished for being, silenced for speaking, humiliated for acting, distrusted for existing.
The King of Two Slots walks in and breaks every weapon. Knife snaps. Scissors shatter. Abuse burns. False criticism turns to ash.
Core Insight
These weapons were never yours—they were projections. Seeing them clearly steals their power. Breaking them returns you to clean ground.
Saturday Experiment
Write each weapon on a slip of paper. Tear or (safely) burn them while declaring: “Knife broken. Scissors ash. Abuse returns to sender. Criticism is not mine.”
Sunday Reflection
How did your body feel as each symbol fell? What is “clean ground” for you now?
