Subconscious Liberation
Metaphorical Narrative
You flip open a dusty book titled “The Rules.” Inside: “Work until collapse. Never rest without guilt. Obey or lose safety.”
For years you lived by it. But the book isn’t law. It’s just paper. And paper can burn.
Core Insight
The Family of Agreements lives in subconscious contracts — survival rules you never chose. Freedom isn’t about negotiating with them. It’s about voiding the contract altogether.
Saturday Experiment
- Write down one “rule” they live by.
- Tear it, burn it, or bin it.
- Say aloud: “This contract is void.”
Sunday Reflection
- What contract did they erase today?
- How did their body respond to the voiding?
- Did they feel a sudden sense of permission?
