Membership Cancelled
When the cage calls again, remember — your membership is cancelled. No animal here. Period.

Metaphorical Narrative
The summons comes again.
The cage rattles.
Old voices whisper like wardens making their rounds, expecting you to shuffle forward and accept the chain.
But the moment you hear them, a smile rises. Because the contract has already been torn in half. You stand in daylight now. The iron bars are nothing but shadows painted on the ground.
They call you an animal, but the truth is out: there is no animal here.
Your membership was cancelled.
The cage has no jurisdiction.
Core Insight
Not every invitation is a real invitation. Some approaches are simply echoes of past captivity, attempts to re-enroll you in a system you’ve already left.
When your body says, “this isn’t connection — this is bondage knocking,” that’s not paranoia. That’s clarity.
The freedom move is not to ask, “why do they still want me?”
The freedom move is to declare: “I don’t host them anymore.”
Saturday Experiment
This weekend, practice the Membership Cancelled ritual:
- When a thought, voice, or person appears carrying the old cage energy, pause.
- Say aloud (or write): “Membership to the cage is cancelled. No animal here.”
- Picture the cage turning to dust, leaving only wide open sky.
Sunday Reflection
- How did their knock feel different once you knew the contract was void?
- When the cage voice reappeared, could you sense it as just an echo, not a command?
- Write in third person: “They once thought they could re-enlist him/her. But he/she already cancelled the membership.”
