This Is Not Your Home

A soul-syllable. It bypasses logic. It rewires from the roots. It’s a codeword to your nervous system

Fear Nervous System Safety Sanctuary

Friday Drop

Sometimes we associate fear with certain places and locations. If you’re facing a similar situation, this is how neural rewiring begins:

  • Not with mantras that sound perfect
  • But with phrases that feel real in your bones
  • Your words. Your cadence. Your safety.

Metaphorical Narrative

Fear knocks. It used to walk right in — because no one stopped it.

But today, the door is guarded. Not by force, but by truth.

You stand tall and say:

“This is not your home. Get out.” “My houth is safe.”

The sound is raw. Not perfect. Not polished. But yours. And your body listens.

Because this is the language of rebirth — the beginning of new wiring.

Insight

Healing doesn’t always speak in fluent sentences. It speaks in code — personal, visceral, felt.

And when you say “My houth is safe,” you’re not just speaking to yourself. You’re speaking to every old loop, every alarm, every ghost.

You’re marking the end of trespassing. The body gets to be home now — without fear setting the furniture.

Saturday Experiment

Use your personal phrase — the one that doesn’t need approval.

“My houth is safe.”

Write it on your mirror. Whisper it before sleep. Say it when fear starts its usual routine. Let your body feel the sound.

Then anchor it:

  • Soft light
  • Gentle music
  • Warmth against your skin
  • Something silly and sacred just for you

Sunday Reflection (3rd Person Prompts)

Remember, It’s a beginning — in your own language.

  • What phrase helps them bypass fear and speak directly to the body?
  • How do they know when fear is trespassing again?
  • What does “home” feel like in their body when fear is truly gone?
  • What new rituals are forming around the phrase “My houth is safe”?
