There is a voice so close it feels like you. It made agreements in your name. Quietly. Long ago. It said:

“Be good, and you’ll be loved.” “Be useful, and you’ll be safe.” “Be smaller, and you won’t be hurt.” “Give everything, and they might stay.” “Never rest. Never fail. Never stop watching.”

These weren’t rules. They were soul contracts. And your nervous system signed them to survive.

But here’s the truth:

The soul never agreed. That was the ego, in a panic, trying to buy peace. The Spirit—your real self—was always free.

The 12 Parasite Agreements

A complete list to burn, revoke, and walk away from—forever.

1. Agreement to earn love through obedience
2. Agreement to perform to avoid punishment
3. Agreement to earn for others and call it devotion
4. Agreement to compete for family love
5. Agreement to sacrifice self for belonging
6. Agreement to sabotage self to repay invisible debts
7. Agreement to track every emotional debt forever
8. Agreement to stay alert for danger at all times
9. Agreement to self-punish for mistakes
10. Agreement to enforce your own unworthiness
11. Agreement to obey invisible commands from a false authority
12. Agreement to surrender to a hypnotic, reverent voice that mimics God

Each one steals joy. Each one drains life-force. Each one lies in the tone of virtue, duty, or “just being careful.”

The Insight: You Don’t Heal These. You Burn Them.

You cannot negotiate with parasite agreements. You cannot reform them. They aren’t part of your soul—they’re scaffolding built in fear.

Healing begins when naming is complete. Freedom begins when revocation is absolute.

Saturday Experiment: Ritual Burn – The Final Undoing

1. Write down each agreement (all 12, or your own variations).

2. Read each one out loud. After each, say:

   “I revoke this agreement. I am free in Christ.”

3. Burn the page. Let it turn to ash. Let the smoke rise like incense of sovereignty.

This is the burn of no return. You do not go back. You do not re-sign. You are no longer theirs.
